Vice President JD Vance and Second Lady Usha Vance announced the birth of their fourth child on Sunday.Alec Neel Vance was born this morning.“Usha and the baby are happy and healthy, and our kids are overjoyed to meet their little brother,” the Vances wrote in a statement on X.“The incredible military doctors and staff members of Walter Reed Medical Center and the White House Medical Unit have been a blessing,” the statement added. “We are deeply thankful for all they have done for our family.”The second lady announced she was pregnant in January. The Vances have allegedly angered their Secret Service detail in the past with last-minute travel requests, reportedly including a since-canceled trip where Vice President Vance sought to accompany his son on a helicopter trip across Washington to attend a golf lesson.
