Williams, 40, is currently heavily pregnant with her fourth child with former Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews. With the help of an artfully placed water balloon, the presenter successfully pranked her Heart Breakfast co-host into thinking her water had broken. A clip shared by the radio station stated that all of the Heart producers were in on the prank, with only the 55-year-old presenter in the dark. While complaining about her back pain, Williams discreetly popped the water balloon underneath her chair in the studio and looked over at Theakston in shock. ‘Oh my God!’ she shouted, as Theakston rushed over to see what had happened, quickly pivoting to crisis management and taking Williams’ headphones off her. Williams said she didn’t know, adding: ‘I’m not having a baby in Heart Studios. I don’t know how I’m going to walk down to a car. You might have to literally wheel me on this chair.’ Theakston continued to ask if Williams could walk, suggesting they could call a taxi to the back of the building. ‘If anything ever went wrong, I’d like you to be there. You’re very calm under pressure,’ she told him after revealing the truth (Picture: Instagram/Heart) But the ruse was then up, with producers popping confetti in the studio and Theakston sighing, ‘You’re kidding.’ Williams admitted she felt a bit bad for the prank, replying: ‘You are so nice. I feel really guilty. You know what, if anything ever went wrong, I’d like you to be there. You’re very calm under pressure. Well done.’ Heart posted the moment to Instagram, where presenter Sian Welby joked in the comments section: ‘I work on the floor below and from this moment on, if there’s any emergency I’m going to get Jamie Theakston.’ Olly Murs agreed, writing: ‘I’m calling Jamie with any emergency from now on!! Cool as you like.’ Deals of the Day Parents can save up to 30% on Kickers school shoes ahead of the new term The back-to-school hack that's helping parents avoid queues and sold-out sizes Could your hair be wavy rather than straight?
