Jamie Eisman Joins TFC Management

TFC Management continues to bolster its ranks, naming Jamie Eisman talent manager. Eisman comes to TFC from Gersh, where she spent the most recent seven years — advancing from assistant to agent in the company’s talent department. Throughout her tenure, she worked with a broad range of actors across film and television as both a covering agent and a representative with her own roster. “We are thrilled to have Jamie join our growing TFC team,” said TFC partner Brittany Kahan Ward. “She is a brilliant addition, and her sophisticated, industrious approach to client representation is exactly what we look for.” Jamie Eisman joined TFC Management in 2026 after spending seven years at Gersh, where she advanced from assistant to talent agent in the agency’s Talent Department. During her time there, Jamie worked with a broad range of actors across film and television, serving as both a covering agent and representing her own roster of clients. A graduate of Northwestern University who started her entertainment career as an assistant at Circle Management + Production, Eisman is especially passionate about discovering and developing emerging talent and working closely with established actors to help strategically grow and evolve their careers. “I’m so excited to join the team at TFC,” said Eisman. “I have such an admiration for the business they have built and I cannot wait to be involved in this next chapter.” Founded in 2020 by former WME and UTA partners David Stone and Ben Jacobson, the boutique firm has grown to employ 14 managers and a small team working on TFC Productions — which most recently produced David E. Kelley’s Emmy-nominated Apple Margo’s Got Money Troubles, which stars TFC client Elle Fanning. TFC’s clientel also includes such on-camera talent as Dakota Fanning, Shira Haas, Lashana Lynch, JD Pardo, Dan Ings and Josh Hutcherson. Other creatives include Warren Littlefield, Brian Yorkey, Megan Park, Adam Reed, Akiva Goldsman, Courtney Lilly, Josh & Jonas Pate and Rebecca Serle. On the production side, TFC is in post on The Nightingale for Sony and has a development slate including film and TV projects set up with the majority of streamers, networks and studios, as well as multiple independent films.
