On Instagram, Gunn shared photos to reveal that the Superman movie sequel Man of Tomorrow has wrapped filming. The first image shows Lex Luthor actor Nicholas Hoult out for a celebratory swim after production on Man of Tomorrow wrapped up, with Gunn claiming the moment was captured after the last shot of Man of Tomorrow's principal photography. The second photo shared by Gunn features the Superman sequel director and crew members who worked on the upcoming DC movie, whom Gunn calls "the brain trust."
