Jacqueline Jossa suffers fresh blow 5 months after bitter marriage split… as insiders accuse Dan Osborne of game playing

JACQUELINE Jossa has been through the mill this year as she negotiates a painful divorce from ex Dan Osborne. Now the EastEnders star – who split from Dan in March – has suffered another devastating setback. The actress – whose ex Dan is said to have hatched up a ‘cynical plot’ when it comes to their finances – launched her beauty range in 2021 to market hair oils, body scrubs and bathing lotions. She trademarked the name NIXIE for her venture and set up a firm called Ella Oil Ventures Limited, creating cruelty-free, natural oil brand with her daughters in mind. But the firm behind the brand is now no more. Bosses at Companies House compulsorily struck the firm off the register after she failed to file annual accounts and a document confirming the outfit’s directors before the deadline expired. Jac, 33, was warned earlier: “The Registrar of Companies gives notice that, unless cause is shown to the contrary, the Company will be struck off the register and dissolved not less than 2 months from the date shown above. “Upon the Company’s dissolution, all property and rights vested in, or held in trust for, the Company are deemed to be bona vacantia, and will belong to the Crown.” Most recent accounts filed in 2024 showed the venture was valued at just £17. The pair, who have two daughters – Ella, 11, and Mia, eight – split in March after years of being dogged by cheating scandals and crisis talks. Jacqueline was famously the higher earner of the couple, and back in March, Dan took to Instagram to tell fans he was selling off his prized boot collection, writing: “This breaks my heart to say this… I have possibly one of the best Adidas Predator Collections I’ve ever seen! The entire collection is up for sale.” While many wondered whether Dan needed the cash amid his divorce, a pal insisted to The Sun it had nothing to do with money troubles, claiming Dan simply didn’t have the storage space and that “his companies are doing very well”. One associate of the former couple is suspicious of the shoe sale, telling The Sun that it was evidence of game playing. They said: “Some in Jac’s social circle have cynically suggested that it was all a ploy to garner sympathy from his fans and paint a picture that he needed the money before Jac takes him to the cleaners in the divorce courts. When the truth is in fact he is in the best financial position of his life.” Dan certainly appears to have improved his financial position since becoming single. The bulk of that turnaround, it seems, comes down to Prize Paradise, the online raffle site Dan runs with his brother Ryan. The concept is simple but hugely lucrative: punters buy tickets for as little as 25p a go for the chance to win everything from designer handbags to six-figure cash prizes and even houses, with Dan regularly popping up on the company’s Instagram posing with giant winners’ cheques and turning up on doorsteps to hand over prizes in person. What started as a side-hustle has grown into an online empire, with accounts up to 31 December 2024 showing the firm’s equity at £743,581 – up £271,994 on the year before – and £319,459 sitting in the bank. However, another of Dan’s businesses, Paradise Beauty Ltd behind an Essex tanning salon, paints a murkier picture. Accounts show it owes creditors £535,540 and has accumulated losses of £392,719, though a source close to Dan insists this is nothing to worry about given it’s only a year old, and still absorbing hefty set-up costs. She previously launched Jacqueline Jossa Academy into a fully fledged business and has her own talent agency, JJA Management. Accounts for her new company, EMJ Entertainments, show assets of £800,000 and £500,000 in the bank. While Jacqueline is also said to have walked away with a healthy chunk of money following her split from Dan.
