Ozzy Osbourne’s Son Jack Osbourne Defends Plans to Create AI Avatar of Late RockerJack Osbourne’s daughter is already taking after her late grandpa. A year after Ozzy Osbourne’s July 2025 death, his son shared a sweet update on his 4-month-old baby girl Ozzy Matilda Osbourne, who is named after the Black Sabbath rocker. Jack, 40, proved the Osbourne genes are strong as he shared an adorable photo of his youngest in a July 31 Instagram post, writing, “little miss ozz already has a mischievous sparkle.” In the sweet father-daughter shot, baby girl Ozzy—wearing a pink onesie—smiled for the camera, while being held by her dad. Jack—who shares Ozzy and daughter Maple, 4, with wife Aree Gearheart, as well as daughters Pearl, 14, Andy, 11, and Minnie, 8, with ex-wife Lisa Stelly—donned a taupe-colored wide-brimmed hat, a slate blue button-up shirt and blue jeans as he posed with his little one under a tree. And Jack wasn’t the only one who expressed that his daughter is favoring her late namesake. After all, fans echoed the sentiment in the comments section in the reality star’s post."Not to sound cliche, but she honestly had your dad's smirk,” one user wrote, while a second fan commented, “She's ozzy's granddaughter for sure. What a beautiful child. your [sic] a great daddy!!” Meanwhile, another user praised baby girl Ozzy as “absolutely precious,” adding, “I’ve always thought she has the Osbourne smile!!” Jack introduced the newest member to the Osbourne family in March. While announcing the exciting news on Instagram at the time, the Osbournes podcast cohost shared a black-and-white clip of a newborn Ozzy alongside a stuffed bat plushie, seemingly referencing to when his late dad bit the head off of a bat while performing onstage in 1982.And his baby girl immediately brought a glimmer of joy to the family before her arrival. While sharing that he and Aree were expanding their family once again, Jack admitted that the news was helping the family navigate their grief following the death of his father, who passed away at age 76 in July 2025. “It’s been partly a healthy distraction, partly healing,” Jack shared in an interview with The Sun on Sunday published in December 2025. “It’s very much taken energy out of the grieving side of things and parked in a bit more hopefulness.” “We’re super-excited. It was sort of planned, I should say,” he added at the time. “It was maybe a little earlier than expected. "So, it was a very erratic childhood with dad."And when he was home, he'd frequently go to the pubs."When he was around and he wasn't pissed, he was a great father," Louis added.
