The court said students who failed to apply within the stipulated period could not seek a reopening of the process at such a late stage.'YOU MISSED THE BUS'The CJI remarked that the students had missed the opportunity available to them and said the court could not intervene merely because they had failed to apply on time. “You missed the bus. It’s your bad luck.
