'Wills-mania' gripped Scotland as the Prince of Wales received an unexpected comment that left him 'blushing' during a visit to the Isle of Bute yesterday. A video posted on X captured the moment a royal fan told the future King 'you're fit', prompting a big laugh from William, 44. 'Stop, you'll make me blush,' he can be heard saying, as footage showed the Princess of Wales, 44, warmly greeting fans during their royal walkabout on the Scottish island. In another clip, a royal well-wisher eagerly recalled meeting William with Diana when he was a 'cheeky' child as the Prince said: 'With my mother? That was a long time ago.' William listened intently as she showed him how tall he was when they met by raising her hand to her waist, before adding: 'You were cheeky!' Breaking into a smile, William, who looked dapper in a khaki jacket, confirmed 'I still have my moments' as he joked: 'You have to pick and choose [being cheeky] when you're 44!' When the woman praised Diana, William softly replied 'thank you' and told her it was 'lovely' to meet her, before making his way down the queue of excited fans waiting to greet him.
