It's Confirmed: Bloodborne Will Finally Return Next Month

Published Jul 25, 2026, 7:30 AM EDT Known as 'Cyberpunk 2077's' biggest fan, Angharad is a Welsh games writer who thrives in anything related to digital storytelling. If a video game explores the intricacies and horrors of womanhood, she is there. Thanks to previous work at GAMINGbible, GameByte, The Loadout, Game Luster, Angharad has built a strong understanding of both the digital world and what fans want from it and is eager to share her thoughts and expertise with readers. Since its release back in 2015, Bloodborne has garnered a legion of fans that are truly dedicated to the world created by FromSoftware. However, with many considering it to be the studio's best, it is no wonder that it has become the subject of many pleas as, at the time of writing, Bloodborne remains a PlayStation exclusive, not even having welcomed a next-gen patch for the PlayStation 5 despite being accessible via backwards compatibility. With no sign of a next-gen update, PC port, or a remaster of any sort, Bloodborne remains firmly under the control of Sony, which, for some reason, is not willing to give fans what they want despite FromSoftware itself previously expressing an interest in bringing the hit RPG up to date. Luckily, the world of Bloodborne has far from faded into the background, with fans releasing the PC ports we have been begging for, whilst manga series set in the fictional world continues to capture our imagination. However, that is not all. Thanks to website TORCH TORCH, Bloodborne fans can now show their love for the FromSoftware RPG by displaying it on their very body. In collaboration with Sony Interactive Entertainment and TORCH TORCH, the Madman's Knowledge Silver Ring is finally here, coming in at JPY 29,700 ($182 USD). Set to begin shipping this August but available to pre-order now, this stunning piece of jewelry comes in a variety of different sizes, and you only need to look at its sleek and grotesque design to know which game inspired it. "Madman’s Knowledge Silver Ring, inspired by Bloodborne and based on the in-game item known for granting Insight," the item description reads. "The original sculpt was created by Masato Ohata, capturing the distorted form of a skull with an unsettling presence. The hollow at the forehead features a slug-like haze and particles, expressed by carefully polishing blackened silver to create depth and texture. The proportions between the head and band were refined through repeated adjustments, striking a balance between strong visual impact and everyday wearability." With each ring being finished by hand, this is truly a work of art and not only that, but on the inside of the ring box even comes with one of Bloodborne's most famous quotes: “We are thinking on the basest of planes. What we need, are more eyes.” As mentioned, the Madman's Knowledge Silver Ring is now available to order and can be shipped to the US from Japan. So, if you want to flaunt your love for Bloodborne whilst also adorning yourself with a stunning piece of jewelry, make sure to grab your ring ahead of its August launch. Released March 24, 2015 ESRB M for Mature: Blood and Gore, Violence Developer(s) From Software Publisher(s) Sony Engine Havok
