Israeli attacks kill Gaza rescue worker, boy and another Palestinian

Israeli forces have killed three Palestinians in Gaza as the territory marks three years of Israel’s genocidal war. One attack killed a Civil Defence worker trying to rescue wounded people at a camp for displaced Palestinians near Kamal Adwan Hospital. In southern Gaza, Israeli gunfire killed a boy east of Khan Younis, where troops continued firing heavy machine guns. A drone attack killed another person in the city. The killings come on the third anniversary of the Hamas-led attack on Israel on 7 October 2023. Since then, Israeli forces have killed at least 74,000 Palestinians in Gaza, including thousands of children.
