Israel agrees to talks with Lebanon as strikes there threaten fragile U.S.-Iran truce

Israel agreed to negotiations with Lebanon as its continued strikes are jeopardizing the fragile ceasefire between the U.S. and Iran. It comes as American and Iranian diplomats are set to meet in Pakistan, but a wide gulf of trust and lack of clarity threatens this possible end to five-plus weeks of fighting.
