It was the hardest seat to get in town. Restaurateur Mario Carbone and powerhouse brand strategist Cait Bailey celebrated their wedding in grand style at Major Food Group’s The Grill and The Pool inside the iconic Seagram Building — with a serenade from Benson Boone. The glittering guest list included Lea Michele, Ashley Benson and model Ashley Graham, while “Pretty Little Liars” star Shay Mitchell — who introduced the couple over dinner at the chef’s eponymous spot in 2018 — was on hand to toast the newlyweds. A source tells us the food was outstanding, which is not surprising since Carbone — along with Rich Torrisi and Jeff Zalaznick — is the owner of some of the toughest spots to get a reservation in the city including ZZ’s Club, Ludlow Hotel, Dirty French and Torrisi. We hear friends and family, restaurant staff, celebs and influencers attended. The pair are shown here at a party during the Miami Grand Prix in May 2026. After the main celebration, guests head over to Lobster Club — also owned by Major Food Group — to continue the party till after 1 A.M., says the source. The pair got engaged in Italy in 2024. Page Six exclusively broke the news of their engagement in September, after Bailey was spotted swanning around Fashion Week wearing a “massive rock” on her ring finger. Carbone and Bailey held a wedding celebration at Santa Maria dello Spasimo in Palermo, Sicily, on Aug. 1 and officially tied the knot in a civil ceremony in Miami.
