Kpler said that flows had recovered to prewar levels in September but "intensified attacks on vessels" had driven exports "sharply lower" this week. Energy analyst Rory Johnston also said that the latest estimate puts Hormuz seven-day average oil flow peaking at 16.2 mbpd on September 24. "Then Iran really picked up its shipping attacks and that flow unsurprisingly pulled back by 3-4 mbpd," he wrote on X. "Now seeing flow at 12-13 mbpd over the past two weeks."
