The Brexiteer will use his opening address to prove he is still focused on becoming PM and has a plan for No10. He will say: “Within days of winning the general election, we will introduce dozens of bills and force Parliament to sit all through summer for seven days a week to pass them. “Britain is in serious trouble. We don’t have time to wait around to fix it”. Key issues for the would-be PM are the illegal migration crisis and the cost of living. He would compel Parliament to sit round-the-clock and even through the summer holidays should he win power.
