IFRC speaks to CGTN about Nepal-China cross-border mudslide

China has scaled up multi-agency rescue operations in harsh high-altitude terrain after a mudslide struck a port along the China-Nepal border in southwest China's Xizang Autonomous Region. Chinese officials said the disaster had claimed three lives while 558 other people remained missing as of this release.
