If your price ends in cents, you'd better have pennies in the till — or you're stealing

If you are going to charge pennies in your pricing then you’d better have pennies in your till. If you decide to instead short change by pennies, then you are stealing, Thomas Olschlager of Seven Hills writes in a letter to the editor.
