Idris has meddled in Carla’s world (Picture: Sutterstock/Metro/Getty) Idris Nazir (Junade Khan) has sabotaged Carla Connor-Swain’s (Alison King) life at Underworld in Coronation Street – but is his victory really around the corner? Earlier this week, Idris told Brody Michaelis (Ryan Mulvey) to break into the factory. The sly businessman wants to buy Underworld from Carla, and had developed a plan that would hopefully leave her with no choice but to sell up. Brody snuck into the building – unaware Leanne Battersby (Jane Danson) was watching – and set the sprinklers off. When Carla and Lisa Connor-Swain (Vicky Myers) arrived, they were devastated to find all of the equipment and clothes completely drenched. Carla believed that there was no way the factory could get back on track, making it seem as though Idris’ plot had worked. What happens in Coronation Street today?
