ICE New York City blasted the "reckless" policies of lefty Gov. Kathy Hochul and Mayor Zohran Mamdani Tuesday -- as the agency released the identities of some of the criminal illegal migrants it had taken off Empire State streets, including murderers and child sex offenders.
