Pursuant to the amended terms of the Underwritten Offering, the Underwriter has agreed to purchase, on a “bought deal” basis, an aggregate of 9,000,000 units of the Company (the “Units”), at a price of C$6.80 per Unit (the “Offering Price”).Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company (each, a “Common Share”) and one‑half (½) of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a “Warrant”).
