In the CCTV picture, the man can be seen wearing a blue shirt and black or navy blue trousers. He is also carrying a light coloured hat and dark backpack, and appears to be carrying a jacket in his hands. West Yorkshire Police said: “Detectives are appealing for the public’s help to identify him following an incident where a man is said to have looked over the top of a cubicle in the women’s toilets in business premises in Batley on 25 June. “If you can assist with identifying this man then please contact Kirklees Police via Live Chat | West Yorkshire Police, or on 101, quoting reference 13260360495. “Information can also be reported anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555111 or online.” Police haven’t identified the man as a suspect, and the distribution of his photograph does not imply guilt.
