What Are Gadgets? Gadgets are special abilities equipped to your Tank that can be activated during combat. Every Gadget has its own cooldown and unique effect. They range from offensive attacks to mobility tools and support abilities. Since each Tank type has a different selection of Gadgets, your available options depend on whether you're using the Power Tank, Speed Tank, or Tactical Tank. At the start of the game, each Tank comes with one default Gadget, but many more become available as you improve your Hideout Ship and play through more levels. You can equip two Gadgets early on, then unlock a third Gadget slot by upgrading your Tank with Skill Points after collecting enough Salmonid Eggs.
