From the outside, it looks like an ordinary coffee shop, but when you head inside, you'll find a note saying that the appliances must be turned on in a specific order. Look for a traffic sign with the words "Road Patterned" to find the entrance to the shop. The note tells you to start testing "from the smallest appliance and ending with the largest one." To start, you need to turn on the electrical box on the northeast side of the room. Doing so will power the appliances in the shop. Most of them are behind the counter, but there's also a radio on the opposite wall. Using what you learned from the note, you need to go from the smallest to the largest appliance, but if you turn them on in the wrong order, you'll have to start over from the beginning.
