How To Open The Organ Transplant Box At Zoe's In Silent Hill: Townfall

Published Sep 24, 2026, 5:10 AM EDT Although Kaitlyn grew up with a passion for both video games and writing, she never imagined she'd eventually combine them into a career. Now, with several years of experience in the industry across Guides, Features, News, & Reviews, Kaitlyn enjoys nothing more than continuing to deep dive into the games she's passionate about and share her findings with readers. In her downtime, Kaitlyn enjoys unwinding with her favorite horror films, despite being a major scaredy-cat. Once you finally make it back to St. Amelia, following your first encounter in the Otherworld in Silent Hill: Townfall, you'll be quickly led to Zoe's house through a signal on the CRTV. Unfortunately, when you get there, she'll be nowhere in sight, but there will be a flashlight and batteries for you to pick up, a computer, and an organ transplant box. The organ transplant box has two locks, each requiring three unique numbers. You won't be able to progress beyond this point in the story until you open this box, since you need what's inside. You'll need to figure out what the code is using clues found in Zoe's home. Search Zoe's Home The first step to solving the puzzle in the kitchen is to search the rest of Zoe's house. In her living room, you'll find a letter on the coffee table and a computer that won't turn on because there's no power. Upstairs, you'll find some batteries in a drawer that can be combined with the flashlight from the kitchen, and, if you check Zoe's bathroom, you'll find a card that goes with the organ transplant box sitting on the floor outside her shower. On it, you won't find the codes you need, but it will tell you the codes were sent via Electronic Mail, which means you need to turn on the computer. Go back downstairs and look in the crawlspace under the stairs to find a breaker box of sorts, which you'll unfortunately need an Electricard to turn on. There's not one in Zoe's house, so you'll need to run to the store across the street to grab one. Make sure you save by dialing 100 on the phone before you leave. Turn On The Power At Zoe's As mentioned, to turn on Zoe's power, you'll need an Electricard from the store across the street. If you look at your map, it will be location marker 2, Peters Newsagent. The front entrance of the store is locked, but a door around the back will be open now. Unfortunately, this is also when you'll first encounter enemies that might actually harm you. You don't have a weapon at this point in the game, and, frankly, you should try to avoid them even if you do, so pay attention to the tutorial that teaches you to avoid them. Using the CRTV, you can scan for channels that show nearby enemies. Once you have the channel, you'll be able to see the enemy moving in real time and track it. You'll also be shown how to hide around corners and peek. Now, enemies can still see you when you peek, so don't stay out in the open for long. Use it for a quick look and then hide back around the corner for safety. Your goal here is to wait for the enemy to move out of your way so you can make a beeline for the backdoor. It runs back and forth towards you, then away, but occasionally it will run closer to the stairs leading to the shoreline. When it's in this position, sprint for the backdoor and close the shop's door as soon as you get inside so you can search safely. On the counter, you'll find a document telling people to take whatever they want, a weapon, and if you swing around the counter to the register, an Electricard. There's not much else in here, so you're good to head back to Zoe's house once you have all those items. You can now unlock and use the front door of the shop, since you're inside, but be careful. There will now be an enemy running back and forth across your path in the street. Using the CRTV again, watch the enemy, wait for it to run to the opposite end of the road, then open the door and sprint to the alley that leads to Zoe's. You will pick up a weapon at the store to fight if you need to, but try your hardest to avoid it. Most weapons are fragile, so you'll want to save them for when you accidentally get caught, rather than acting like a barbarian charging through town. Run all the way down and turn the corner as quickly as you can. With any luck, the enemy won't have spotted you. If it did, get inside Zoe's as quickly as you can and shut the door. When you're safely inside, go ahead and save again, then use the Electricard under the stairs to activate the power. There will be an instruction sheet on the floor, if you haven't already picked it up. After you get the power up and running, head back to the living room to turn on the computer, where you'll see that Zoe has three emails in her inbox. Two will be primarily for story context, but the one with random characters in it labeled FW: For Attending SURG04GE_+ON is the one you need. The message will be a bit hard to read, but it's telling Zoe to use the first and last 3 digits of the corresponding ET Code to open the Organ Transplant Box. The code at the bottom will be important, so make note of the last four digits: Y015. If you picked up the card you found near Zoe's shower, open your inventory and look at the transplant card again. On it, you'll see two ET and hospital ID numbers. As indicated by the email, the one you need to pay attention to is the hospital ID ending in Y015. Now that you know which package you have, look at the ET number directly beneath it and take note of the first three and the last three numbers: 956 and 133. These are the codes you need to input into the organ transplant box. As you might guess, 956 unlocks the left lock and 133 unlocks the right lock. When both are entered, the box will open, and you'll get the item you need to access the locked clinic, Zoe's badge.
