Curious Shipment Along the diagonal path north of Turtle Rock Shrine, along the southern edge of the map. Uriash Village Bakir is attempting to recruit more Uriashi from Clan Bakr's village. Convince them to resist or kill them, though I wouldn't recommend the latter, to complete this activity. The quest given by the elder will involve helping her daughter, Ocha, in the city with the Heart Wants What It Wants quest. Regardless of the outcome, the elder will understand.
