How To Get Every Trophy In Marvel's Wolverine

More than five years after it was originally revealed, Marvel's Wolverine is finally here, bringing with it a linear adventure full of gory combat, a heartfelt story, and, of course, plenty of trophies.Insomniac's previous games were already known for being pretty easy to 100 percent complete, and Wolverine is largely no different, especially with it being more focused. Let's get into it. Related Marvel's Wolverine: How Long Does It Take To Beat? Logan's adventure may be linear, but there's still plenty of meat on its Adamantium bones. The trophy list in Marvel's Wolverine is a pretty simple one that's split into a few different categories. The first are story moments, which make up a good percentage of the whole list and are all automatically unlocked by playing through the game. The second and most time-consuming category is collectibles, including Whisky Bottles, Nightmare Doors, and Material Crates. Those collectibles are easily the toughest in the game, but even they're not too bad since Logan's senses point out most pickups. The third type of trophy is tied to combat, as you'll need to use some moves a specific number of times, such as parries and Helix Claws. And finally, there are a few miscellaneous trophies for very specific things that you'll probably need to know about beforehand. Let's get into them. Trophy Name Description How To Unlock I’m The Best There Is Complete all other trophies. Get every other trophy in the game. One More Story Complete the main story. Beat every chapter in the game. Adamantium Armory Craft enough suits to fully upgrade your health. You’ll need to craft a total of 20 Suits in order to fully upgrade your health, which requires finding a lot of Material Crates. We’ve got a guide with all of their locations here. Secondary Mutations Reach Adaptation Level 10. To reach this level, you’ll need to find and beat nearly all of the Nightmare Doors and collect a lot of Whisky Bottles, which reward you with AP that unlocks more Adaptations. We’ve got guides for both of them here. Repressed Memories Unlock the hidden memory in Nightmare Trials. This memory, which acts as an epilogue of sorts, is unlocked by beating the final Nightmare Trial that appears in the Nightmare Cabin once you've found and finished all of the others. If you’re having trouble, check out our guide on their locations here. Ultimate Predator Reach Player Level 36. By the end of your first playthrough of the game, you’ll likely be around Level 33, so you’ll need to replay some levels or go through New Game Plus to get enough XP for the final few levels. Suit Up Craft your first Suit. You’ll automatically get this during the Homecoming chapter, which introduces you to crafting Suits. Crate Collector Collect all Material Crates. Material Crates are the main collectible in Wolverine, and there are a ton of them to find. We’ve got a guide with all of their locations here. Waking Nightmare Discover a Nightmare Door “in the wild”. The first chance you’ll get to unlock this trophy is in the One That Got Away chapter. A fair bit into the mission, you’ll see the Nightmare Door pop up on the left side of a river, basically making this unmissable as long as you choose to go over to it. But A Dram Collect your first Whisky Bottle. You’ll automatically get this during the Homecoming chapter, which introduces Whisky Bottles as a collectible. Full Barrel Collect all Whisky Bottles. Whisky bottles are the second main collectible in Wolverine, and there are 20 of them in total. You can check out our dedicated guide here for all of their locations. Ground Control Push 3 enemies out of the plane. You can unlock this trophy during the Jet Lag chapter. As The Hand attack Logan on the plane, use your kick move by holding Square to push them out of the plane. Cut Just As Deep Kill 100 enemies with the Helix Claws. You’ll unlock the Helix Claws fairly late into the game after the Death Comes To Death chapter. They’re pretty powerful, so just use them as much as you can to add to your tally. You might have to replay some missions or go through New Game Plus to mop up the last of the kills, though. That’s Cheating Free the stuffed animals from the claw machines. You can get this trophy during the In The Shadows chapter, after The Hand ambushes you in the arcade early on in the chapter. Once they do, attack all of the claw machines to unlock this easy trophy. Poseidon’s Kiss Activate the kissing toilet in the Tokyo bar bathroom. This trophy can be found during the Get Angry chapter. As you chase The Hand, you’ll enter a bar. Head downstairs and into the toilet to find an interactable that activates the kissing toilet. Cache Crusher Destroy 100 XP Caches. XP Caches are the glowing blue boxes (later replaced with glowing red shrines) that are dotted around the game, so just make sure to destroy any that you see to go towards your total. You should manage this by the end of the game, but just replay some missions or go through New Game Plus to mop up the last of them. Parry Perfected Parry 500 times. Parrying (done by pressing L1 as an enemy attacks) is one of the main moves you’ll need to master in Marvel’s Wolverine, so you’ll probably get this by the end of your first playthrough. As with some of the other tally trophies, replay missions or go through New Game Plus if you come up a little short. You can also play the Gauntlet Nightmare Doors if you want quick combat encounters. Saturn Slam Drop Saturn onto The Hand in Japan. This trophy can be unlocked during the We Were Wrong chapter. Once you and Jean climb into the building with the Hand early on in the mission, stealth kill the enemy on the left, and then cut the rope to get this trophy. Adamantium Dreams Achieve Adamantium on any Nightmare Trial. This sounds difficult, but many of the Nightmare Door trials are pretty easy, so you’ll likely get this one without any fuss. If you are struggling, though, lowering the difficulty as much as possible and taking on any of the Gauntlets is a good way to go. Spiral Cut Kill 75 enemies with Tornado Spin. No matter how far into the game you go, Tornado Spin is one of the best moves that Wolverine has at his disposal, as it can make quick work of nearly every enemy. If you somehow don’t manage to get this, level the move up and play any of the Nightmare Door gauntlets to easily grind it out. Blindsided Stealth kill 10 enemies blinded by Jean. Late into the game, Jean will gain the ability to blind enemies and make it easier for Logan to stealth kill them. Just have her do this 10 times and stealth kill the affected enemies to get this trophy. This is easily done in the Hell Followed With Him chapter, since there’s a group of enemies early on. Harmer’s Market Destroy all vendor stalls during the Sabretooth boss fight. Sabretooth’s boss fight takes place near the end of the game in the Red Right Hand chapter, and the first section is in a marketplace area. You’ll need to destroy all the stalls around you for this trophy, which is easy once you know that’s what you have to do. Shish Kebab Impale an enemy on an environmental hazard. Environmental hazards are all over Wolverine, but the most common ones are the sharp arms of the crane-like machines. Simply use your kick by holding down Square to knock an enemy into one and get this trophy. Greased Read Callisto’s journal in her Vancouver garage. This trophy can be unlocked during the The One Who Got Away chapter, fairly early into the level. As you start following Jean’s path of destruction, you’ll eventually be able to climb up a pipe on the left. Instead of doing that, head to the right to find Callisto’s garage, which also contains one of the game’s Whisky Bottles. Recycled Defeat a Reaver using molten metal. This trophy can be unlocked during the Raise Some Hell chapter. Once Logan goes inside the massive factory, some of the rooms have molten lava. Hold down Square to use your kick move on an enemy and push them into the lava for this trophy. Omega Dead Defeat Omega Red. You’ll do this as part of the story during the Last Meal chapter. Kicked The Bucket Defeat the Sentinel Prototype. You’ll do this as part of the story during the For Our Future chapter. Struck Dead Defeat Deathstrike. You’ll do this as part of the story during the Death’s Match chapter. Had To Put Him Down Defeat Sabretooth. You’ll do this as part of the story during the Red Right Hand chapter. A Sinister End Defeat Essex. You’ll do this as part of the story during the No Coming Back chapter. Hot Head Hit Rage Tier 3. You’ll automatically get this right near the start of the game. Rage fills up as you defeat enemies, which you won’t have any trouble doing, so this is unmissable. Road Rage Complete Canada Highway Chase.
