How To Evolve Aniimo In Aniimo

One of the most exciting parts in any creature-collector game is raising your creature and watching it evolve into a more powerful form. Aniimo also has an evolution system where your creature companions can take on more-powerful forms which in turn makes them look cooler and hit harder. However, Aniimo is a free-to-play game, so it's only natural to assume that the evolution mechanic might be monetized. Thankfully, that's not the case at all (at least, not yet, and we hope it stays that way). We evolved a bunch of our Aniimo and are more than happy to share the results with you with this guide. In short: Every Aniimo evolves differently. Some only need to reach a certain level, some need certain items to evolve, and there are some that require you to finish a quest and maybe even complete a challenge. Let's take it from the top. Aniimo can have three stages: Lumin Stage — The Basic (and the cutest) forms of Aniimo Gamma Stage — The Stronger (evolved version) of an Aniimo (less cute, too) Nova Stage — The Ultimate form (second evolution) of an Aniimo (they are no longer cute, but they look cool) As you can imagine, not all Aniimo can level from Lumin to Nova. Some can only reach the Gamma Stage, some don't go past the Lumin Stage. Moreover, some Aniimo can have multiple Gamma and Nova Stages, and not all of them are achieved the same way. Thankfully, you have full control over when you want your evolution to happen. After you meet all the evolution requirements, you still need to give the "go ahead" to your Aniimo before it permanently changes. So, let's talk about the requirements: Level Requirement This is the most basic requirement that every Aniimo evolution has. If an Aniimo only has a level requirement, simply get it to that level, tell it to evolve, and you're good to go. This is common for many early Lumin Aniimo you come across. Item Requirement In addition to the Level Requirement, some Aniimo evolutions also need an item. Most of the time this is an elemental stone which you can get by defeating an Alpha Aniimo boss of the same element. If you don't have the right elemental stone, you can use a Flux Crystal as a substitute, but keep in mind that they are quite valuable. Don't forget that each type you fight and loot an Alpha Animo, you will consume some of your Primegy, so don't just fight random Alphas repeatedly. Other times, the item(s) can be a very specific Aniimo drop, for which you'll have to either defeat or release certain Aniimo. Quest Requirement Sometimes you'll have to finish an entire quest (line) to learn how to evolve an Aniimo. Unfortunately, many of these quests can take a while to complete, so just tough them out and check them off. You only need to do them once. Talent Requirement Last but not least, for certain Aniimo evolutions, you need to spend Talent Points to unlock them. We don't recommend you go for these, unless you're after that very specific evolution, or you just want to finish the entire collection. Because some evolutions can be costly, we highly recommend you only evolve Elite or Perfect Aniimo. Feel free to evolve Aniimo that only have a level requirement, but don't waste your upgrade items on Common or Good Aniimo.
