Throughout your journey in Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival, you will encounter all manner of psychopaths trying to cut you apart. Most are fairly easy to deal with, but you'll occasionally run into monsters that take a bit more work to send to the afterlife. One of these is the Sister of Mercy, who is the deformed cult member who tried to separate Aiden from the Genesis Configuration. With nowhere left to run, you will finally get to have your showdown with her. Here is how to defeat this boss and what you get for your trouble. How To Beat The Sister Of Mercy Before you enter this fight, you will want to do a bit of preparation. The Sister of Mercy remains in the air for the vast majority of this fight, meaning that she is extremely difficult to beat with only melee weapons. Because of this, you'll want to ensure you have enough weapons and ammo to actually kill her. I strongly recommend both the Revolver and Shotgun with Dragon's Breath rounds. The latter is specifically quite good against the Sister of Mercy, as setting her on fire will cause her to panic and flail around for several seconds. As for the Revolver, this is your go-to boss weapon, as its low rate of fire, but extremely high damage, makes it ideal when fighting single targets. When the fight starts, move onto the upper levels that surround the main dance floor. The dance floor is eventually going to be covered in blood, which heavily restricts your movement, making it not ideal for fighting the Sister of Mercy. That being said, there are breakable crates down in the blood that contain ammo, so it is worth checking if you need bullets during this boss fight. Once you're on the elevated walkway, use your shotgun to set the Sister of Mercy on fire before switching to the revolver to land a few critical headshots. Alternatively, you can use the Genesis Configuration to rip any saws or spikes out of the environment to throw at her, as this also does a decent amount of damage. Her attacks consist of diving bombing you and then retreating back into the air and launching projectiles in three waves. The latter is her main move, as she will conjure up a bunch of knives and toss them your way. These can actually be grabbed out of the air and hurled back at the Sister of Mercy with the Genesis Configuration if you can snag them before they're thrown. She will also use these blades as a shield that, if you don't throw them away, will block some of your bullets. You can shoot through them, but it's a little tricky and honestly just wastes your ammo. After the Sister of Mercy has taken enough damage, she will cause the room to go blood-red and will vanish. Try to get to a corner of the room when this happens and equip your shotgun. Wait until you see the silhouette of the boss and shoot her when she gets close. This will damage and scare her off, causing her to repeat this same attack two more times. After forcing her out of this attack, she will collapse to the floor. Run up to her and use your Hell Chain ability to rip half of her limbs off. You'll now repeat the entire previous phase again, so once more stick to playing on the raised area and try to keep lighting the Sister of Mercy on fire whenever possible. Make sure to use the four large pillars around the room to block her ranged moves, but keep in mind that whenever the sister performs her divebomb, she can split these columns in two. After she collapses to the ground a second time, rip her arms off, and then use the Genesis Configuration to start taking chunks out of the shield she forms around her. Her moves will be entirely limited to range attacks here, so once her shield is down, this boss will be quite easy to deal with. Upon taking enough damage, she will fall to the floor a final time, allowing you to perform an execution and permanently kill this boss. For your trouble, you will earn her heart to feed to Sunny and a valuable that can be sold at vendor a few hundred coins.
