A source told Page Six that Ariana Biermann and Gia Giudice’s family situations “are not going to be discussed next season.” “They are both actively filming Season 3 right now,” the insider told us. “The producers want the show to be as clean as possible. The show does so well without them having to talk about it, so they’ve been told they don’t have to discuss anything going on with their siblings.” Ariana Biermann and Gia Giudice (pictured above in June) will not speak about their siblings’ legal issues on camera. Charles Sykes/Bravo via Getty Images Biermann’s younger brother, KJ Biermann, 15, was arrested in August and charged with aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, aggravated child molestation, three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16 and false imprisonment. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges and is currently under house arrest with an electronic ankle monitor at their mother Kim Zolciak’s home in Georgia after posting a $200,000 bond. Zolciak and her estranged husband Kroy Biermann’s oldest son was accused of sexual assault by a female classmate at a Life Time fitness center in Alpharetta, Georgia, in April. Kroy and Zolciak have also been going through a tumultuous divorce in recent years. Biermann and Giudice (seen in September) have had both of their siblings go through real-life public storylines this past summer. Giudice’s sister, Milania Giudice, was arrested in May after an alleged domestic dispute causing bodily harm with a family member at their mother Teresa Giudice’s home in Montville Township, New Jersey. Milania pleaded not guilty and was ordered to enroll in anger management classes. Her next court date will be Dec. 1. Then last month, Milania made headlines again after authorities were called to handle a intense incident at Tampa Bay International Airport involving Gia and Teresa. Ariana (seen filming with her co-stars) has been living in New York City while her brother’s legal battles go on. Page Six Police body cam footage later caught Teresa admitting that Milania previously had fentanyl in her system and had just been released from the hospital. Since the altercation, Milania has spoken publicly about her mental health struggles, especially after losing her best friend Victoria Zardoya unexpectedly in July. “I am bipolar,” Milania revealed on social media to her followers. “I struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD and ADHD, and I am not ashamed of any of my mental health disorders because I’m currently in a treatment center. My mom’s actually on her way to come visit me today.” Community Guidelines Welcome to the Page Six Community! Our community is about connecting people through open and thoughtful conversations.
