If you have no desire to see what else is in store in New Game+, you'll only need to complete one run of Silent Hill: Townfall. For that, you'll be looking at about 10–12 hours of play time.However, keep in mind that New Game+ unlocks new content and is the only way to achieve certain endings. The game is clearly designed with the assumption you will play it more than once, so it's recommended that you do for the full experience, even if you don't unlock every achievement. New Game+ runs can be completed in half the time, so you won't need to spend another 10 hours per New Game+ playthrough. There are three primary endings and two joke endings, the latter of which are exclusive to New Game+. So, unless you're specifically looking for all the achievements or want to see those comedic endings, create manual saves on your initial playthrough to see the three primary endings. How Long Does It Take To 100 Percent Complete? While you can gather most of the collectibles in a single playthrough, a few achievements will unfortunately require more time. In particular, you'll need to complete the game once in under four hours and unlock every ending. Since two of the five endings are only accessible through New Game+, it's estimated that it will take you roughly 20–25 hours to complete the game in full. Additionally, you can strategically create manual saves to avoid playing through the game more than necessary, but be careful, as some achievements specifically require you not to create saves. Overall, even Silent Hill: Townfall's full completion time is relatively average for an initial playthrough of most modern AAA games.
