The Belgian first came to Macao in 2009 to support the opening of a hotel. He now runs iExcel Technologies and Liège, the waffle brand he created with his wife, Maggie, 10 years ago. “Starting a business in Macao is fairly easy,” he says. “If I had to describe Macao in one word, I would say ‘possibilities’.”
