House rep pushes for voter education in high school
MANILA, Philippines — Rep. Nathaniel Oducado of the 1Tahanan party-list has proposed a bill seeking to include voter education in the high school curriculum to promote “educated voting.” Oducado filed House Bill No. 8738 in March, but it was only made public on Wednesday.
