A 20-year-old McDonald's manager was taken to the ICU after sustaining life-changing injuries when a coworker threw hot oil on his face.  Jacob Smith, 20, was hospitalized following the incident, and he is still being treated for severe injuries, including third-degree burns to his face, neck, hands, and shoulders, at UC Davis Medical Center.
