Hope Behind Bars Africa, Partners Equip NOUN, NABTEB Centers at Keffi Custodial Facility

Hope Behind Bars Africa, with backing from the Royal Norwegian Embassy, has revamped and furnished National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) and NABTEB study centers within the Keffi custodial facility.
