HOLLY Hagan has hit back at a troll who said she had no right to be a personal trainer after having a Brazilian bum lift (BBL). The Geordie Shore star, 34, admitted she understands why people slam her for her new career choice, after having various cosmetic surgeries. The TV star has been open about her tweakments over the years – including two BBL’s in 2016, but said it now looks like a “deflated water balloon”. Sign up for the Showbiz newsletter Thank you! A troll commented on one of her recent fitness posts, writing: “Girl that has every cosmetic surgery under the sun now preaching to people how to train and become fit, get in the bin. Anything for a bit of money.” But Holly hit back and said her past BBL should not continue to define her. If you’re looking at me thinking how on earth is she talking about fitness because she’s had more surgeries than Kim Kardashian, I definitely get it. “I’ve had two BBL’s back in 2016, very silly decision, wanted to look like a Kardashian, had very low self-esteem, was in a very bad relationship at the time, I’d been trolled about my appearance for so many years and I thought ‘f*** it, I’ve got money, I’m going to go and make myself look amazing’. Unfortunately, that was not the case.” Holly said she then found herself a fitness coach, who helped transform her life and “admitted she had the education” before getting a BBL. The Newcastle star then admitted being a personal trainer with a BBL was always going to be controversial. Most read in Showbiz “I always paid for my surgeries, I could have got them free but I always knew I never wanted to promote something like this because I had young followers,” she shared. “It didn’t matter because you could tell if you had eyes that I had a BBL, so it was very blatantly obvious. “Unfortunately, it just didn’t look great and now looks like a deflated water balloon.” After qualifying as a PT, Holly admitted she wanted to get into the industry after having such a bad experience with her surgeries, saying “I’d done everything wrong”. “I was the poster girl for knowing not what to do,” she said. Using her platform, Holly said she loves what she does and said she would never “hide her BBL” and couldn’t if she wanted to. She went onto say: “All of my members know I’ve had a BBL, they respect the journey and know that’s what got me into the fitness industry in the first place. “But also I completely understand if you don’t want to work with a PT who has previously had a BBL.” Holly then hit back at trolls saying she’s doing this for the money. “For me, I’ve spent a lot of time and money learning and educating myself. I’ve always felt like I’ve needed to be more educated because I had more to prove,” she added “I don’t want to say unfortunately, but I have never taken a single penny from her clients and said she earns money from other places.” Holly’s followers were quick to defend the star. One wrote: “I am so glad you don’t listen to these comments. You are so real and it’s so refreshing to see someone in the public eye educating.” A second posted: “Holly, you really don’t need to explain yourself.. you’ve done it over and over. You should be mad proud of yourself and everything you’ve overcome. I admire you so much,i lost my sister right before you lost yours, same situation.. keep on keeping on.” A third commented: “I love the message you’re giving, you’re now educated and know both sides of how you can achieve results, which you can advise on both.” Holly has since moved on from her surgery-loving days and is committed to achieving a more natural look. After giving birth to her baby girl, Madison-Darci, back in June, Holly is now on her post-partum fitness journey. After getting her first BBL, Holly flew to Turkey for another one just a few months later as she was dissatisfied with the result. Her second BBL, which cost £5k, didn’t go to plan as she was left scared and covered in blood after the operation. Despite her bad experience, Holly then had a third BBL but that “made it worse” and it was a “really low time” for the reality star. Holly shot to fame on Geordie Shore alongside Charlotte Crosby, Vicky Pattison and Sophie Kasaei. She’s now married to footballer husband Jacob Blyth and the pair share two kids – Alpha-Jax (AJ), three, and Madison-Darci, two months. Comment now
