Sign in to your ScreenRant account Despite taking players to Hogwarts Castle, the surrounding Highlands, and Hogsmeade village, Hogwarts Legacy is quite restrictive when it comes to the locations that fans know and love from the Harry Potter book and movie series. However, with a sequel currently in development, with many believing that it could launch as early as 2027, it is these missing locations that could play a starring role in the next chapter. An example of some iconic locations that cannot be found in Hogwarts Legacy are both Diagon Alley and Knockturn Alley, both of which play key roles in Harry Potter's story. On top of that, not being able to go for a cheeky Butterbeer at the Leaky Cauldron is something not a lot of us can forgive. Hogwarts Legacy Fans Are Keeping The Game Alive However, thanks to one dedicated fan, there is now a way to visit the famous Alleys and even stop for a drop to drink at the Leaky Cauldron courtesy of the Diagon and Knockturn Alley - Beyond the Leaky Cauldron! mod. Created by Eni_Is_Here over on Curse Forge, this mod allows players to fully explore the locations, as well as visit beautifully detailed shop interiors which would be perfect for exploration, screenshots, and roleplay in the hit RPG. Step beyond the Leaky Cauldron and explore a fully recreated Diagon Alley and Knockturn Alley for Hogwarts Legacy. Wander through magical storefronts, discover hidden corners, and experience one of the Wizarding World's most iconic locations in a brand-new explorable dungeon. Whether you're browsing the shops, capturing screenshots, or simply taking in the atmosphere, there's plenty to discover around every corner. Accessible through a dungeon entrance (an image of it can be found on the mod's official page), Diagon and Knockturn Alley - Beyond the Leaky Cauldron! is completely free to download and enjoy, and whilst it may not offer any gameplay benefits, it gives us just a sneak peek of what would be possible in the upcoming Hogwarts Legacy sequel. You Can Now Explore London In Hogwarts Legacy Located in the hidden backstreets of Diagon Alley and obscured by a simple spell, the reveal of Diagon Alley is one of the more magical moments in Harry Potter, so it was no surprise that fans were left disappointed when it was not recreated in Hogwarts Legacy. However, with the sequel no doubt introducing more of the franchise's most iconic locations, it is mods such as Diagon and Knockturn Alley - Beyond the Leaky Cauldron! that show us just what is possible in the meantime. Despite being first uploaded less than a week ago, this free download has already garnered almost 1,000 downloads, showing just how much Hogwarts Legacy players are eager to explore more of the magical world of Harry Potter.
