HMV to open store in popular UK city shopping centre after plunging into administration
AI Summary
HMV is making a comeback in Chelmsford's popular shopping center, marking a significant shift after its previous struggles led to administration. Scheduled to open on June 26, this new store will be the brand's first in the city since it shuttered its other locations two years ago. As a nod to loyal fans, the first 25 customers will receive free goodie bags. This move underscores HMV's efforts to revitalize its presence in the UK retail market and could signal a broader recovery for the once-struggling chain.
