HM the Sultan and French President hold talks on bilateral ties, regional developments

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik held a telephone conversation on Sunday with President Emmanuel Macron of the French Republic, during which they reviewed the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and explored ways to build on their growing cooperation and partnership to serve mutual interests and fulfill the aspirations of their peoples.The two leaders also exchanged views on the most pressing current issues and developments on the regional and international stages, underscoring the importance of sustaining and stepping up diplomatic efforts to help reinforce the foundations of security and peace in the region and beyond.
