Hind Rajab Foundation files criminal complaint against FM Sa'ar ahead of visit to Slovenia

The Foreign Ministry has not yet issued a response.The HRF has previously lodged complaints against Sa'ar in February 2025, ahead of his visit to Brussels, and in April 2025, ahead of his visit to London.“Universal jurisdiction exists precisely so that perpetrators cannot hide behind borders or diplomatic visits," Natacha Bracq, Head of Litigation at HRF, stated.
