Hilarious moment golden retriever Nash brings TOYS to intruder after he scaled ladder to break into family’s home

THIS is the priceless moment a golden retriever brings toys to an intruder – after the suspect broke into the home using a ladder. Hilarious footage showed four-year-old Nash the dog desperately trying to launch a play-time session during the bizarre break-in. Homeowner Dante Rowley and his family watched the confusing scenes play out with their security cameras. The stranger allegedly broke into Rowley’s home near 20th and J street. After climbing inside, he then appeared to make himself at home by undressing, sitting down and eating food from the fridge including turkey and cheese. The man even appeared to take a nap at one point during the strange ordeal. At the time of the break-in, two of the family’s three dogs were at home, including four-year-old Nash. Rowley told NBC 7: “The dogs we just wanted to make sure they were safe. “Nash is not the greatest guard dog. We thought he was going to bark at people and he did the exact opposite.” The pet was seen at least three times attempting to get a bit of playtime with the interloper. Social media users reacted to the cute clips, commenting on Nash’s good boy nature. “He just wanted to make sure that toy wasn’t taken haha,” one comment read. “This is both scary and wholesome all at the same time,” another wrote. A third weighed in: “Well… if you didn’t already know he’s a good boy, now you know.” When police arrived at the scene, the pup even greeted armed officers as they tried to find the man. The intruder rushed off and tried to get away through the window. But he was met with officers in the backyard. He has been charged with burglary and also had outstanding charges stemming from unrelated incidents, according to NBC 7. Comment now
