Heritage Home Program helps Bay Village residents maintain aging homes
Owners of Bay Village homes built in 1976 or earlier may be eligible for low-interest loans and technical assistance with repairs or renovations under the Heritage Home Program offered by the Cleveland Restoration Society. Bay Village hosted a presentation at City Hall on April 20 during which the program and its offerings were outlined for residents.
