Still, when tested, baking a cake in the air fryer came out moist in the center and browned on the top. They may dry out or brown faster than the baker would like, so keep an eye on it. Since the air fryer’s fan still circulates while on the bake setting, unlike traditional air frying, it gives a more evenly-cooked result.
