Here Are The Fastest Premier League Wingers In FC 27

Life has few certainties: death, taxes, and pacey wingers being a requirement in EA Sports FC 27 Ultimate Team. Since the trading card game mode first landed in FIFA 09, speed on the wings has been a requirement regardless of the tactics you employ. This can mean outright fast wingers, or rapid overlapping wing-backs. In this list, I'm going to be taking you through the fastest wingers you can deploy in FC 27. These players might not all be natural wingers, but they can play there as a secondary position without your chemistry taking a hit. 10 Park Seung Soo 87 Pace The one and only bronze player on this list, the Newcastle U21 player has yet to feature for the main team, but there's still time for him to develop and make his way into the first team. While the mention of his name is sure to generate a "Who?" from most fans, even some Newcastle ones, he may end up being a card you use early on in your FC 27 FUT journey. Always keep a healthy supply of bronze FUT cards for any potential SBC challenges that specifically call for them. With 87 pace, split between 88 acceleration and 86 sprint speed, Park Seung Soo is entirely usable as a winger to beat your opponents' defenders before passing off to a more skillful player to finish off a move. A 52 crossing stat is a big letdown if you're thinking of trying to use him to overload the box with crosses, but a 65 overall dribbling stat gives hope that this card could be used for some low-cost evolutions to bring it into relevance. 9 Savinho 87 Pace Having recently made the switch to Tottenham Hotspur, Savinho looks to revive his Premier League career by playing far more regularly than he did during his second season at Manchester City. On the FUT front, he's going to be one of the better starting wingers you can deploy in your Premier League or Brazilian teams. Rated 80 overall with a pace of 87, Savinho is an incredibly balanced forward, with his only major weaknesses being his two-star weak foot and his general defending/physicality, which won't make him very effective in the press. Most of his key shooting and passing stats are in the 70 to 80 range, and his dribbling stats amount to an 84 overall, including 90 agility. All in all, don't let the 80 overall fool you; Savinho is a great option as your starting winger early on, and it wouldn't take a lot to improve him with some physicality or passing/shooting evolutions. 8 Omar Marmoush 87 Pace Another Man City to Spurs transfer from this season is up next, with Omar Marmoush just overtaking Savinho based on his higher overall rating of 82. The Egyptian winger is very similar to Savinho from a stat perspective, but he has a much higher overall physicality rating of 69 and a three-star weak foot rating. The good news is that Marmoush and Savinho play on opposite wings, so both are viable options for your early FC 27 FUT team. Marmoush is arguably a harder target for evolutions because he already has an 82 overall, and the chances of there being some early options to really boost his already decent stats are unlikely, which means he's prime for a replacement once you pack or develop a better card. 7 Noah Okafor 88 Pace Up next is Noah Okafor with 88 pace split between 89 acceleration and 88 spring speed. His overall rating falls short of both Savinho and Marmoush at just 77, but this is down to weaker defensive stats than both, and some key weaknesses such as 56 stamina and 66 balance, which mean defenders won't have to be too strong to knock you off balance and off the ball. With four-star skill moves and a four-star weak foot, Okafor is pretty versatile, and you can attempt to cover up his physical weaknesses by playing a more direct and technical approach to get past defenders instead. His shooting skills are also better than his passing ones, meaning he's designed to cut inside and get shots away more so than running down the wings to cross the ball in for others. 6 Noni Madueke 88 Pace We're back up to 80 overall with the next player, Noni Madueke, who has an 88 pace rating. Directly comparing Savinho and Madueke, despite the same overall rating of 80, Madueke is a much more well-rounded player, with better shooting, defending, and physicality stats and similar dribbling and passing. Madueke comes across more like a long-term investment, with evolutions that can take him into the elite bracket of FUT players, and his pace is already reasonably high. However, unless you're lucky enough to find him in a pack, I'd expect his starting cost to be higher than Savinho's because of his better overall stats and the fact that he fits the English chemistry approach, too. 5 Dan James 89 Pace A staple of speedy teams in previous FUT iterations, Dan James is back near the top of the pace charts in FC 27 with an 89 rating. His overall rating of 75 certainly suggests he may be a bit of a one-trick pony, but the rest of his stats are fairly even. He has the highest defensive rating among players so far with 50, meaning he can be useful for tracking back and helping your wing-backs out. Dan James' base pace rating in FC 26 was 94. His attacking stats suffer as a result, though, with a shooting rating of 71, passing rating of 69, and dribbling rating of 76. It would take far too much work to get him up to being a competitive winger in online matches, so consider holding back until he gets a TOTW or promo card, where the rest of his stats get a substantial boost. 4 Bazoumana Toure 91 Pace We're into the 90s now with Bazoumana Toure, who has a pace rating of 91. The only major flaw of this card is the 29 defending, with the three key attacking stats sitting between 70 and 82. For a young player, this is a great starting point, and if you're looking for pacey players with high potential for Career Mode, he should be at the top of your list. For FUT, however, he still requires a little bit of work. A 78 overall rating is decent, but his relatively average shooting and passing skills mean he doesn't stand out as either a goal or creative threat. Again, this can always be addressed with evolutions, but it's easier when a player is showing a clear play style preference in their stats and skills. Toure is definitely a player I'll be keeping an eye on when it comes to promo cards, as he could become extremely playable overnight with a stats boost. 3 Largie Ramazani 91 Pace The third and final Leeds player on this list, Largie Ramazani, also boasts a 91 pace rating. Despite a lower overall rating of 76, Ramazani has much improved physicality than Toure, and his stats lean more toward a cut-inside winger, making him a better basis for applying evolutions. A three-star skill rating is a huge blow to Ramazani's playability, though, especially at higher levels of play where skill moves become more of a requirement for competing in games. Despite the higher pace, I wouldn't place him ahead of Okafor, or any of the left-sided wingers on this list for that matter. 2 Jérémy Doku 91 Pace Coming in hot with the second-highest pace in the Premier League is Jérémy Doku. He's ahead of the other 91-pace players based on his overall ratings, and he will be up there as one of the best base left wing cards you can find for a Premier League or Belgian chemistry team. Like most cards on this list, his defensive skills are on the low side, rated at just 40, but he has a 72 physicality rating alongside 88 dribbling, 78 passing, and 75 shooting. A higher base overall rating of 84 does mean it's trickier to find evolutions that Doku will be eligible for in the early stages of FC 27, but he's also a player who's sure to see plenty of play time and compete for TOTW and promo cards. 1 Marcus Rashford 92 Pace The fastest Premier League winger in FC 27 is Marcus Rashford with a rating of 92. Of course, this is only base cards for now, and once we have had a few promo cycles and Team of the Week drops, he may very well be overtaken, but when you first boot up FC 27 for the very first time at launch, he is the fastest base winger you can pack for the Premier League. While his overall rating may be the highest since FC 24, his pace is still one point off his highest-ever base rating of 93, which appeared on an 82-overall card in FIFA 19. Rashford has received at least four FUT promo cards every season except his debut season in FIFA 17. Rashford enjoyed a great spell at Barcelona last season and returns to Manchester United looking to get back into the first team and hopefully even the England setup again. Time will tell whether he can, but EA's player ratings suggest he's back on the rise for now.
