Heidi Klum’s Halloween Costume Just Potentially Spoiled ‘The Batman Part II’

Heidi Klum once again came through with a Halloween costume that was equal parts inventive and deranged—and while nothing will ever top the time she showed up as a worm, dressing up as your own severed hand? It certainly comes close. However, behind-the-scenes photos showing how Heidi’s costume was made seem to have potentially spoiled the upcoming Batman movie, The Batman Part II. Which, whoops!Heidi’s costume was made by Mike Marino and the team at Prosthetic Renaissance, who are working on the new Batman movie. As Marino put it to W Magazine, “To be honest, I’m a comic book nerd, so the fact that I’m working on [The Batman: Part II] is a dream scenario. We’re doing some really cool makeup in this new movie, so that’s the dream right there.”Cut to photos of Heidi’s costume being built, which fans wasted no time zooming in on. And turns out that the shelves seem to feature—per Cosmic Book News and Popfaction—hints about several Batman characters. There’s a box marked “Zsasz” (a Gotham killer) by a cast of what appears to be Sebastian Stan’s head, a cast of Brian Tyree Henry, which hints at him being Two-Face, as well as a box marked OWL 3 (which hints at the secret society the Court of Owls playing a role in the movie). Of course, it’s possible that these casts and boxes have nothing to do with The Batman: Part II, or—if you feel like being a conspiracy theorist—that they were purposefully left in the background to get the rumor mill going. Either way, I’m invested.
