Heating oil customers to get up to £350 compensation for cancelled orders

Heating oil customers who had their deliveries cancelled due to a price surge caused by the Middle East crisis are set to receive up to £350 in compensation each, following an investigation by the UK's Competition and Markets Authority. Around 1,700 people were affected, and the CMA found suppliers had scrapped existing orders amid skyrocketing prices.
