Hear Whethan’s Set From Splash House 2026, Including a Glitchy ‘Levels’ Edit & New Music With Subtronics

It's 90 minutes of bass from the poolside party to your ears. Whethan Julian Basjel Trending on Billboard SoCal’s long-running Splash House party returned to Palm Springs, Calif. for back-to-back weekends in mid-August, with a horde of DJs and party people taking over a trio of resorts. Explore See latest videos, charts and news While some may associate Splash House’s poolside vibes with lighter electronic fare, Whethan rolled up to prove that bass, hip-hop and other heavy as hell sounds can swim in the deep end. Hear the producer’s mega-hyped 90-minute set from the party below, with highlights including a glitchy edit of Avicii’s “Levels,” an walloping remix of Gucci Mane and Waka Flocka Flame’s 2011 song “15th and the 1st,” new music from Whethan and Subtronics (check it around the 29-minute mark) and Whethan’s own viral 2025 edit of Fast Life Yungstaz’s “Swag Surfin,” with this latter song creating a big moment during the Splash House set. “I’ve always loved Splash House,” Whethan tells Billboard. “It was a nice change of pace from the darker gritty warehouse world I’m usually in. One of my favorite moments this year was seeing a group staying in the hotel behind the stage with a huge custom ‘Swag Surfin with Whethan’ banner hanging from their balcony, with a graphic from Surf’s Up. I spotted it while I was playing ‘Swag Surfin,’ gave them a shoutout, and the whole thing was just hilarious and perfect. Such a fun way to close out the weekend.” The rest of the Splash House 2026 lineups featured artists including Kettama, Riordon, Prospa, Riordon (with this latter artist recently featured as Billboard‘s Rising Dance Artist of the Month for August), Alison Wonderland, Tiga and many more.
