Have you been impacted by Epic’s actions?

STAT wants to hear from you Mike Reddy for STAT Epic is the largest electronic health records vendor in the United States. Its data systems, used by a majority of large health systems, hold the health information of some 8 in10 Americans. Epic’s increasing market dominance has coincided with complaints that the company’s actions make it difficult for hospitals to implement non-Epic technology tools. We are eager to learn, from people with direct knowledge, about Epic’s business practices and how the company’s actions may impact hospitals’ technology choices and innovation. Are you a current or former Epic employee, consultant, competitor, or customer? We are looking to speak with those familiar with how Epic operates, including how its practices affect the technology labor market and the incentives surrounding software adoption by hospitals and other parties. If that’s you, please fill out the form below to share your experience with STAT reporters Brittany Trang and Casey Ross. We will not use your information or your name in a story without first communicating with you and getting your permission.*
