People who need to travel are advised to remain alert and take necessary precautions during the period of heavy rainfall and thunderstorms.AVOID WATERLOGGED ROADS AND LOW-LYING AREASThe advisory asks citizens to stay away from waterlogged roads, underpasses and low-lying areas.
