According to a new post on X, it looks like Rockstar Games has something massive planned later this month, announcing an extended look at GTA 6 ahead of its November release. According to a fresh new Rockstar post, GTA 6 is finally getting its long-awaited gameplay reveal, with an extended look arriving on Netflix on August 27 at 3:00 PM EST. The Netflix preview "will also launch on the official Rockstar Games YouTube channel and the Grand Theft Auto VI site at 9 p.m. ET on August 27" after its Netflix debut. The update will come as welcome news for gamers who have been waiting patiently over the last few months, ever since GTA 6 opened up pre-orders on June 25, 2026. While the Extended Look details are a bit vague at the moment, the title implies we will be getting a bit of a deep dive reveal of actual gameplay, a third trailer, and a much better sense of what's in store for the final release this Fall. Grand Theft Auto 6 is officially available for pre-order now for PlayStation 5 Xbox Series X/S, and will release on November 19, 2026.
