To say that it's been a very weird month for GTA fans would be an understatement. Things started off strong with confirmation that we'd finally be getting a look at proper GTA 6 gameplay with an Extended Look at the end of the month, but quickly got very weird when a hacker group called Cyberleek suddenly shared leaked footage from an early build of the game. Even one gameplay clip of GTA 6 being leaked is wild enough, but Cyberleek has continued to release new gameplay footage every other day. It's been unclear whether the hacker group has somehow managed to get access to Rockstar's files or has their own build of the game, but the latest piece of leaked footage scarily suggests it's the latter. You Might Want To Start Dodging Spoilers Earlier today, Cyberleek teased that the next leaked GTA 6 footage was going to be big, and they certainly weren't lying. We won't be sharing the clips here, but they show Jason flying around Leonida in a plane, as well as giving us a quick glimpse at the game's radio. The real shock of the footage is at the end, though. At the end of the clip, Jason is shown shooting a wall and spelling out Leek, confirming once and for all that the hacker group has its own build of the game and isn't just accessing gameplay videos from some Rockstar employee. This is a big twist in an already wild situation, as it means that Cyberleek really could leak a lot of footage if Rockstar and Take-Two don't find a way to stop them. The rumours of Cyberleek having access to GTA 6's ending just got a lot stronger, so you should really be careful if you want to avoid spoilers. That being said, it's possible the build is just an early part of the game, as we've only seen Jason so far. Cyberleek has previously stated that it's not going to stop leaking footage until Rockstar and Take-Two "issue a public statement and apology with a concrete commitment to do better" regarding GTA 6's lack of a proper physical release. That seems like an unlikely scenario, so this might not be over until the hacker group are found and dealt with. Strap in, folks, things are just getting started.
