The highly anticipated action-adventure game by Rockstar is going to be huge, based on the open-world map size of GTA 6. After being delayed twice, the game is closer than ever, arriving 12 years after the immensely popular Grand Theft Auto 5. This time around, however, players will be taken to Vice City, in Leonida, as they take control of Jason and Lucia. As of right now, the game is only two weeks away. Ahead of launch, as a means of celebrating the milestone of being two weeks away from its release, Rockstar shared a post on the official GTA 6 website, featuring what is being called the Launch Gallery. The page contains multiple new screenshots from the upcoming title. A lot of the new images are centered around the protagonists, Jason and Lucia, while others showcase the splendor and size of Vice City, as well as its inhabitants, and much more. In the images, you can get a better sense of what to expect from the long-awaited game. Much like the launch trailer for GTA 6, there’s a lot to see in the Launch Gallery and the screenshots that populate it. In the images, you can get a better glimpse of the different weapons and vehicles, as well as how varied the NPCs seem to be in Vice City. There are also a few images that showcase the wildlife around Leonida, both above land and below the tides. From the looks of it, players will be able to encounter animals like deer, snakes, alligators, and even the dangerous lionfish. Apart from important story-related characters, the regular NPCs in Grand Theft Auto 6 seem to be extremely detailed and unique, at least based on the screenshots. The gameplay trailer for the upcoming game had already shown a few details about these non-playable characters, as well as the larger world of Leonida, but the static images in these screenshots let us pay a lot more attention to the details put into the development of nearly every single element we’ve seen on screen – and there are a lot.
